I got back from my travels today and weighed in at -20.2 since I started this journey 28 days ago.
It was hard traveling and trying to keep with it, But if you come prepared it is doable.
The first thing I did was keep eating based on my schedule in NY and not care about what time it was or if a meal was served on the flight, The other thing I paid attention to was how hungry I really was and didn’t really eat till I was hungry.
Another thing I realized is not to be shy and speak up and ask restaurants to cook their food without the oil or with the oil on the side.
I honestly feared i would not be able to keep it up while traveling but I proved myself wrong, Hopefully this will help me stay strong about my diet changes in the future.
