It has been 33 days and 25.4 Lbs since i started watching what i eat, I feel much better already.
Scheduling prep time is very tough, A trick I have been doing is buying ready made salad at the local store and adding things to it like walnuts figs cabbage strawberries beets etc.. at lunch.

I will try to make more time for shopping at healthier stores in the coming weeks but right now this seems to be doing the trick and the pounds seem to be coming off.
