Playing around in the kitchen i decided to try out no oil frying and see how far I can go with it.
I decided to try doing a fried rice and see how it goes.
The results were surprisingly good.

WFPB Compliant Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cooked Brown Rice
- Frozen Carrots & Peas
- Frozen Broccoli
- Sliced Onions
- Sliced Zucchini
- Sliced Mushrroms
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Sauté all the frozen ingredients on high heat, Once they start to soften add the fresh vegetables adding water as needed so the vegetables don't stick.
Once the vegetables are ready set them aside. - Add the brown rice to the wok and fry it for a few minutes adding a little water as needed and continuously mixing it.When the rice is ready add the vegetables back in and mix.
- Season with black pepper and enjoy.I did not use any type of aminos but you can try adding coconut aminos for the soy sauce effect.
